Home visits are an effective intervention for socially high-risk families with young children, which improves the development and health outcomes for certain groups of children. Home visits can also reduce child maltreatment and partner violence for families experiencing abuse.
Springcare Support Services can provide this service planned or unannounced and is carried out by our experienced Welfare Officers. To provide a balanced perspective of the quality of life for the child in the home. Observing the Child’s emotional well-being & home environment as well as assessing the risk. Furthermore, upon request, observe whether the conditions in a court order have been breached. A report is then produced, which can be used for court as evidence of the visitation. All Child protection concerns are reported within 24hrs to the relevant body.
